My name is Chike Okwudiafor, I started a new series on Instagram (@ccjophotography) called

Stories of Lee: International Women's Month.

This is part of my former series called "Stories of Lee" that I started in 2017. Stories of Lee from then would also be uploaded on this blog. Sadly, I stopped because it was not getting enough traction. I also got very busy as school became quite hectic.

However, through persuasion by a close friend, Deyo. I decided to pick it up again. This new series was only dedicated for the month of "March", as it is the International(Global) Women's Month.

This new series was started to celebrate all women across the world. It was started to share the stories of different women on Lee University's campus. I felt that the there is great need in the world today to LISTEN rather than always TALK. To listen and understood rather than talk and Judge. Women NEED their voices and opinions to be heard and understood. I was raised by a very powerful woman and I was felt the need to Celebrate womanhood in every possible way I can. This series was done in order to show the world what women around me actually think and how different people are.

I have been uploading the stories on Instagram but I noticed a lot of people were not reading it all and the point of the stories were not being met. This blog of mine has been dormant for a while. The best way to have revived it was through these series. I would also be uploading PAST stories from both the normal Stories of Lee and the women section.
